Our Services For Your Classic Car

Body work

Body Work consists of all of the steps required to repair a damaged panel up to the paint prep stage. These steps include assessing the damage, grinding, repairing or reshaping the metal, molding and filling, and sanding the surface until it’s smooth and even with the rest of the panel.

Painting

From a technical point of view, the main function of car paint is to protect the sheet metal of vehicles from corrosion. In addition, the paintwork also has a function in car design.

Engine service

Engine overhaul is one of our core areas of work. From sealing to complete overhaul with new pistons, bearing shells and all seals, we offer you everything.

Galvanizing

Galvanising is the process of applying a thin layer of zinc to steel to protect it from corrosion. More rarely, other materials are also galvanised. In contrast to non-metallic coatings, the zinc layer provides active corrosion protection by acting as a sacrificial anode to the more noble iron.

Pouder Coating

Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light.

Sandblasting

Sandblasting, sometimes known as abrasive blasting, is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against a surface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape a surface or remove surface contaminants.
